Abraham’s take - how he uses SENTIA
For training: On training mornings when I want clean energy and composure (no caffeine, no alcohol), I pour SENTIA Black 25ml over ice with water and ginger. It keeps the ritual, steadies my head, and I’m ready to move.
For deep work: When I sit down to focus, I use SENTIA Black again usually neat or with a splash of sparkling water. It’s a simple cue to lock in and think clearly without the spike-and-crash.
For night-time recovery: Evenings are SENTIA Red 25ml with water. It helps me down-shift after sessions, keep the social feel, and protect sleep so I can show up fresh tomorrow.
