Weekly Coached Sessions

Swim Training – Technique + Endurance

  • Tuesdays 7pm (25 m pool)

  • Stroke analysis, pacing drills, open-water skills

Cycling Training – Power + Pacing

  • Saturday morning interval ride 7am

Run Training – Speed + Form

  • Wednesday Social Run (technique, and chats)

Guided Recovery & Breath Work

  • Mobility flow after each session

  • Monthly breath-work & meditation workshop

One Simple Membership (£50 / month, no contract)
